Wedding Designs’ unique packaging and pricing policy ensures that tradition can be broken. That is, with most packages there is absolutely no charge for wedding coordination services. Our service is FREE to you.

How does Wedding Designs make any money if you do not charge me a fee?

Wedding Designs over the last five years have organised with its provider team discounted industry rates based on repeat business. In effect, Wedding Designs has a different price list to that of the retail market. The result is that a commission is paid to Wedding Designs in the form of rate reduction for services rendered. Wedding Designs passes on the majority of this discount to its clients in the form of outstanding, value for money wedding packages.

What happens if I have booked things elsewhere? Can I still book a Wedding Designs package?

Yes you can! Wedding Designs encourages clients to book wedding providers outside the package if there is a valid reason. For example, mum might be a florist or a cake decorator, a good friend may be a professional photographer etc. Not even industry rates can beat a freebie! Of course, the more you book through Wedding Designs the more you will save

Am I locked into a package once I have booked one? Are your packages flexible?

You are not locked into a wedding designs package and YES the packages are extremely flexible. Wedding packages tend to be booked at least 12 months before the wedding date. As a consequence things are bound to change, and they do. From numbers at the reception to choices of flowers in a bridal bouquet. Wedding Designs is really in tune with the needs of their brides and grooms.
